Yay! Finally a planner for Photographers is here for the 2020 calendar year. I am such a “paper person” I can not stay on track and keep scheduling straight digitally. I do have my studio software that is helpful for many things but when it comes to appointments and daily tasks I have to have a paper planner. Over the years I have tried so many different planners, even one that was marketed as a planner for photographers. But none of them ever really fit my needs. I needed a planner that allows for all the tracking a photography business needs, with pre-filled dates and holidays. If I have to write in my dates and holidays I am sure to mess it up, and I certainly can not risk that.
Let’s rewind a second. Four years ago I met my now bestie on Facebook. We met in a mom photography group and we were both at the same point in our photography businesses where we were just starting out and learning the ropes. Throughout the past four years we helped each other with all business aspects. As a result we became such great friends. We talk every day and we see each other once or twice a year. She lives in Ohio, and of course I am here in MA. We’ve always thought it would be amazing if we could be in business together. Last year I had an idea to make a planner for Photographers and she was excited to join in on this project and make something amazing for our industry together. We jumped right in and started creating. We literally designed every single page of this planner on our own, with the exception of the year at a glance, that one we needed to outsource. The end result is an absolutely beautiful planner, we are so proud of it and they are for sale NOW, yessss!
